What app do I need?

Olympus runs on the TeamBuildr app, available free on iOS and Android.

Once you sign up, you'll get access to log in and see your programming immediately. Every exercise has video demos and instructions built in.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. You can switch pathways at any time.

Many athletes run one plan for a block (e.g. Ares for strength in the off-season) then move to another (e.g. Chronos during the season).

Your subscription gives you access to change whenever you want.

Can I cancel anytime?

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no commitment.

Annual plans run for 12 months and save you £50 compared to paying monthly.

What equipment do I need?
