These terms govern your use of the Athletes Edge website and the Olympus training programmes (the "service"). By using the site or signing up for a programme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Athletes Edge is operated by James Ralph ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: contact@athletesedge.co.uk.

Olympus provides structured strength and conditioning programmes for footballers, delivered through the TeamBuildr platform. When you purchase a pathway, you are buying access to the programme for the duration of your subscription. We may add to, change, or remove features over time as we improve the service.

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. If a user is under 16, a parent or guardian must make the purchase and manage the account on their behalf.

Olympus pathways are sold on a recurring monthly or annual subscription via TeamBuildr. Prices are shown on the pathway pages and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Important: how to cancel.

To cancel your subscription, you must cancel it directly inside your TeamBuildr account on a laptop or desktop browser. Go to your TeamBuildr account settings and end the subscription from there.

Deleting the TeamBuildr app from your phone does NOT cancel your subscription. If you only delete the app, your subscription will remain active and you will continue to be charged at the end of each billing period until the subscription itself is cancelled inside TeamBuildr.

If you have any difficulty cancelling, email us at contact@athletesedge.co.uk and we will help. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you keep access until then, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. We do not operate a guaranteed refund policy. Where a refund is granted, it will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund (for example, a billing error or a serious problem with the service), contact us at contact@athletesedge.co.uk and we will review your request on its merits. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract.

The programmes are provided for general training and educational purposes. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified physiotherapist, doctor, or other healthcare professional.

You are responsible for training within your ability. If you have any pre-existing condition, injury, or concern, consult a qualified medical professional before starting any programme. Stop training and seek medical advice if you experience pain or symptoms during a session. By using the service you accept that physical training carries inherent risk and that you train at your own risk.

You agree not to share your account, redistribute, copy, or resell programme content, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

All content within the service - including programmes, videos, text, branding, and design - is the property of Athletes Edge or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, limited licence to access and use the content for your own training while your subscription is active.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of the service that is outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
